Dr. Kaul worked as the Group President - H R for all six Companies of Essar Group. He has held Corporate positions of Vice President - Human Resources at Tata Unisys and the Selection, Training and Development Manager for Unilever Group of Companies - Hindustan Lever and Liptons. Dr. Kaul has also been a Professor at the National Institute for Training in Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Bombay, where he undertook extensive Consulting in Industry and Government Organisations.

Dr. Kaul has taken up assignments for International Agencies, MNC's like Motorola (worldwide) and those in India in Pharma and Chemical Businesses as well as for large Indian Companies like Aditya Birla Group, Bharti Telecom, I C I C I Limited, Raymond Ltd., Reliance Industries Ltd. and National Stock Exchange.

He has served on the Selection Boards for Fulbright and Hubert Humphrey Scholarships as well as for Top Level Management positions.

Dr. Kaul has conducted Management Development Programmes in India, U.S.A., Sweden, U.K., Iran, Phillipines, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Oman and China.

Dr. Kaul obtained his Masters and Ph.D. Degrees from U.S. after completing two Masters Degrees in India. He is also an accredited trainer on MBTI system of Personality measurement.

One of our Associates, a Senior Consultant., was formerly the Head of HRD as a General Manager in a Consumer Appliances Company in Mumbai. As the head of the function, he has handled HRD and I.R. Issues in his company. He holds a Master's Degree in Management from JBIMS in addition to having Degrees in Economics and Law. He is also a visiting Faculty at Management Institutes in Mumbai.

He has consulting experience in Performance Management for managers and designing H. R. Policies.

Another Associate , a Senior Consultant obtained Graduate Mechanical Engineering degree in 1971 and M. Tech Degree in Industrial Engineering in 1975. In addition to Industrial Engineering, he has worked to ensure Quality and Productivity improvements in a large Steel Complex overseas.

He has been a visiting Faculty at NITIE and has Consulting experience of over a decade in India as well as with Price Waterhouse overseas. He is on the Consultant roster of ILO, World Bank and Commonwealth Secretariat.

Another associate , a Senior Consultant , is by Professional Training a Chartered and Cost Accountant. He has held Operational and Senior Management positions in reputed organizations in India and Abroad in the areas of Finance and Operations management.

He was Vice - President of Finance and Marketing in a reputed Chemical Company, in Mumbai where he achieved outstanding results acknowledged by the Chairman and the Board. He subsequently took up an assignment in Indonesia as the CEO of a Business Group. On return to India, his last job was as a Group President of a leading chemical company at the young age of forty.
